🧠 I’m not sure which phase I belong in. How do I choose?Totally normal. You're not supposed to know exactly where you're at—that’s what I’m here for. You can book a free call and we’ll talk through it together. No pressure. Just a chance to see if we make a good fit.

💬 Do I have to start with the course before working 1:1?Nope! If you’re ready for 1:1 support, you’re welcome to jump right in. Plus, you can add-on any service at any time. So you get the support you need, when you need it most.

🔁 Can I move between phases?Yes. In fact, most of my clients do. The framework is flexible—if you start with intuitive eating and later want wellness support, we evolve together. If we're focused on nutrition, and you want to refresh your intuitive eating skills, we pivot to support your journey.

🧁 Will I gain or lose weight with intuitive eating?Maybe! You're adopting a new way of eating, and your body might change through this process. But you’ll learn that your wellness (and confidence) is rarely dependent on your size.

🍟 What if I just end up eating "junk food" forever?You definitely won’t! This is a common fear when letting go of food rules. Your body knows what it needs for fuel and when you're able to actually respond to those requests, you’ll crave what you need to sustain yourself. Sometimes that’s cookies, most times it’s not!

🥐 Can I try intuitive eating if I have health issues or dietary restrictions (i.e. celiac)?This process is, most importantly, a mindset shift where you choose to honour your body and it’s needs. We have taken this into consideration when creating the Foundations course, and we’ll make any tweaks/substitutions necessary in your 1:1 consults to account for non-negotiable dietary restrictions. If you have any health issues, it's important to check with your doctor before beginning any wellness course or working with a nutritional practitioner.

📚 How much time will I need to spend each week on the course?The course is 100% self-paced, so you get to integrate in your own time. We also make suggestions for how to structure your learning to stay accountable to your goals. Generally, I’d recommend planning for 30-60 minutes per week with the lessons, and 15 minutes per day on self care/homework.

🍋 Do these programs include nutrition recommendations or meal plans?You will learn how to make balanced and nourishing choices that will fuel your body. But I don't do rigid meal plans (go figure). You learn how to meal plan as an intuitive eater, so that you're always honouring your cravings AND your busy schedule.

🧠 I already have a therapist. Will intuitive eating coaching be overkill?Nope! Many of my clients work with me and their mental health team. You and I get to focus on the food-based stuff: mindset work, eating intuitively, observing what you're eating and changing your food rules and restriction. Coaching, by no means replaces, but is a great compliment to traditional therapy, IMO.

🥑 What's included in your recommendations?You'll receive period protocols from me. These are a series of customized and targeted food, supplement and lifestyle recommendations, specifically catered to your health goals.

💸 Are your services covered by my insurance?My services may be approved under your extended benefits coverage. Confirm coverage for holistic nutritionists registered through the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants. They may want to know that I'm a Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner and ask for my registration number (available upon request).
