Refund policy

Food Freedom Breakthrough

Because I’m so sure you’re the right fit for this program, you’re aware of its demands and I intend to meet all of your expectations and more, there won’t be any refunds issued for the Food Freedom Breakthrough. But, I also understand that life happens. If you are unable to complete the program based on timing, scheduling or prior commitments then your investment will be deferred to the next available course launch date. If it’s a matter of you going through the program and feeling dissatisfied with the content delivered or your transformation results, I’ll request that you provide proof of course completion before your refund request is approved.  If for other reasons, you feel you need a refund for a “portion” or total of the package, then please reach out to me directly addressing your reasons for the request and consideration will be given on an individual basis.

Food As Fuel Nutrition Subscription

You are subscribing to a monthly recurring payment for nutrition consultations which includes:

1 x Initial Intake

1 x Nutrition Protocol, recurring monthly delivery

4 x Nutrition Coaching Calls, recurring monthly

Your subscription will renew monthly corresponding with the date of your billing cycle, until terminated.

Cancelling Your Subscription

Once we've completed our work together, you may cancel your subscription (via Practice Better) before youre next billing cycle, with a minimum 48 hours notice.

3 Month and 6 Month Plans

If you register for a 3 month or 6 month plan and that term is complete, you will automatically be billed on a month-to-month basis at your previous rate.

(So for example: if you sign up for the 3 month plan, you'll be billed the exact same price on month 4, but won't need to commit to another 3 months.)

If you've been on a month-to-month plan and would like to switch to a 3 month or 6 month plan, you ca do so at any time and will be granted the corresponding monthly rate, moving forward. Please note: you must commit to an additional 3 or 6 months of working together to receive the corresponding discounted rate.

If you've registered for a 3 month or 6 month minimum commitment (with a discounted monthly rate), you may also cancel your subscription anytime with 48 hours notice, before your next billing cycle.

Important: if you cancel before your 3 or 6 month commitment is completed, you will forfeit your discounted rate and be billed for the outstanding balance (the difference between your discounted rate and the original price).

(For example: if you commit to 3 months at $175 and cancel after month 2, then the outstanding balance would be 2 months of regular-priced service ($200 x 2) minus 2 months of discounted service ($175 x 2) for a total outstanding balance of the forfeited discounted price ($25 x 2).

Taking a Break/Holding Your Subscription

If for any reason, you would like to skip a month during your subscription, you are granted on complimentary "break" month. You won't be charged the monthly fee, nor will you receive recommendations or coaching calls during that month. Your subscription will resume the following month on the date of your original billing cycle. If you need to take a longer break, permission will be granted on an individual basis. Please reach out to me directly. Otherwise, cancellation of your subscription will be required and any corresponding outstanding balance will be billed.

Nourish Balance Thrive 1:1 Consultations

If you have paid in advance for a package of nutrition consultations and are unable to continue with the planned appointments, you will be refunded the unused/unattended portion of your investment in nutrition consultations.
