Nope! Many of my clients work with me and their mental health team. You and I get to focus on the food-based stuff: mindset work, eating intuitively, observing what you're eating and changing your food rules and restriction. Coaching, by no means replaces, but is a great compliment to traditional therapy, IMO.
This process is, most importantly, a mindset shift where you choose to honour your body and itās needs.
We have taken this into consideration when creating the Foundations course, and weāll make any tweaks/substitutions necessary in your 1:1 consults to account for non-negotiable dietary restrictions.
If you have any health issues, it's important to check with your doctor before beginning any wellness course or working with a nutritional practitioner.
My services may be approved under your extended benefits coverage. Confirm coverage for holistic nutritionists registered through the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants. They may want to know that I'm a Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner and ask for my registration number (available upon request).

Psst!
