You could be suffering from IBS-C. I know we don't like talking about bowel movements, but not being able to poop is the absolute worst. Never mind how important regular bowel movements are in a persons health. Which is why I created a protocol that aids in chronic constipation.

Cannot be close enough to a bathroom, or struggle to have a normal bowel movement schedule? You may benefit from my IBS-D protocol. Loose stool is a common sign of gut imbalances and natures calling can happen at some pretty unfortunate times. However, things like taking vitamin D, managing your stress, or chewing your food better (yep chewing is a big deal) can all help with IBS-D symptoms.
